A radiator can leak quite soon after installing for a number of reasons. It could be that air is being drawn into the system or the debris hasn’t been cleaned away thoroughly during the installation process.

 

One way to fix a leaky radiator would be to remove it from the wall and flush it out.

Switch the heating off a couple of hours before removing the radiator in order for the water to cool.

 

Close off the Valves Either Side of the Radiator
